• Australia

If you’re located outside these areas and are interested in ordering, please email me at info@bdcreativity.com, and I’ll see if I can make my products available to you.

 

Shipping Costs

• USA & UK: Standard shipping is always free.
• All other locations: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Express shipping: Not available at this time.

 

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. These estimates are provided by the manufacturer for your region and are intended as a general guideline, not a guarantee. Delivery times may be affected by factors such as holidays, customs processing, or extreme weather conditions. I appreciate your understanding and patience if delays occur.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You’ll also be notified when your package has been marked as delivered. Depending on your local carrier, you may receive additional updates, such as when it is out for delivery.

If you experience delays, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to provide an update. If 30 days have passed since your estimated delivery date and your package hasn’t arrived, it will be considered lost—please contact me at info@bdcreativity.com for a replacement order.

 

Customs Fees & Import Taxes

Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. While I work to have products produced as close to your location as possible, some orders may still be subject to import duties depending on your country’s regulations.

All products are fulfilled and shipped by Gelato, a trusted print-on-demand provider.
