Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

I want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product, size, or quantity), please contact me at info@bdcreativity.com within 30 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

 

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived and appears to be lost in transit, please contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and I will coordinate sending you a replacement.

 

Right to Withdrawal (UK & EEA Customers Only)

If you’re a customer in the UK or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, except for items that are custom-made or personalized. Since all my products are printed to order, this right does not apply to my shop. However, I do accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (see above).

 

Defects That Appear Later (UK & EEA Customers Only)

If you’re in the UK or EEA and a defect appears after you've started using your item, you may still have rights under consumer protection laws:

  • UK Customers: You have up to 6 years (5 in Scotland) to report a faulty product, but after 6 months, you must prove the defect was present at delivery.
  • EEA Customers: You have a 2-year legal guarantee, but after 12 months, you must prove the defect was present at delivery.

    These rights do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by not following care instructions.

    Refund Processing

    If a refund is issued, the processing time may vary depending on your location. I will do my best to provide an estimated timeline when your refund is processed. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact me at info@bdcreativity.com as soon as possible.

     

    Returns for Other Reasons

    Because all items are printed to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please check the product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
